Learn how constellations can resolve conflicts and settle issues. Attend a workshop to observe the process.
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, Family and Organizational Constellations uncover hidden dynamics that entangle people in fates that are the legacy of others rather than their own.
Unresolved past events may manifest in our current lives as illness, relationship problems, addiction, financial instability, school failure, lack of purpose, depression, anxiety, etc.. In organizations they give rise to problems such as stagnation, low morale, or diminished profits.
Do you ever feel that no matter how much you wrestle with an issue nothing seems to change? Recurring patterns echo in our personal and professional relationships. Family and Organizational Constellations help us see these patterns - sometimes for the first time, certainly in new ways.
A constellation provides an opportunity to explore issues with sensitivity and shed light on a variety of personal and professional dilemmas. You must see and feel the constellation process in order to "get" it.
At a workshop you might choose simply to observe, or accept serving as a representative, or bring an issue for resolution. In the workshop, it is as though the representatives become antennae for unseen forces not previously understood. Insight generated for participants can point towards powerful healing and transformation.
Constellations are appropriate for a wide range of clients and issues: individuals, couples and families, public organizations, leaders and consultants, social and political institutions, communities and corporations. New insights and perspectives, healing and resolution are possible for all.
